A key element in Kroton's outlook is the expected advance in the integration and the capture of synergies throughout 2015, as well as the consolidation of management processes to achieve important gains in efficiency.

Additionally, the company intends to boost its organic growth, both on-campus – with the opening of new campuses and courses – and distance learning – with an increase in the number of distance learning centers.

In the primary and secondary education segment, the main focus is on expanding activities in the Pitágoras teaching system, consisting of collections of educational materials, teacher training, educational evaluation and other services for private infant, junior and secondary schools.
