Development
Kroton expects to form a high performing team, capable of generating the results needed to deal with our upcoming challenges. To support its processes and ensure employee development, Kroton applies some of the following instruments.
- 360° appraisal for leaders: this permits the identification of individual development needs, feeding plans that fulfill needs and career expectations. It also allows the organization to identify talents for new opportunities.
- Teaching Career Plan: implemented in 2014, the plan permits teachers to remain in the company, providing them with opportunities to improve their salary either through performance appraisals by course coordinators or by merit.
- Teacher selection: to guarantee teaching quality, Kroton extends its personnel management structure to the teaching units, participating in teacher selection processes together with directors and coordinators, and providing career development guidance and ongoing training for these professionals.
- Universidade Kroton: the corporate university is responsible for providing the entire work force with training to build the competencies identified in employees' individual development plans.
100% of the employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements.
