In our relationship with our shareholders – BB Seguros Participações S.A., which belongs to the Banco do Brasil conglomerate, and PFG do Brasil Ltda., the Brazilian division of the Principal Financial Group –, our behavior is always based on ethics, respect, transparency, and fairness. Our joint initiatives try to improve our performance, with growing and sustainable results.

The support and involvement from both conglomerates are key to our decision-making process. Every year, we hold a regular and a special meeting of shareholders to discuss corporate strategic matters pertaining to accountability, elections, passing amended bylaws, and other issues.
